1. Acceptance of Terms
By using IB Connect and connecting your Gmail account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Gmail integration feature.
2. Service Description
IB Connect provides tools that allow authenticated users, including sales users, to send email messages and email campaigns from their own connected Gmail account.
The Gmail integration is intended for legitimate business communication, customer follow-up, sales communication, and other permitted business use cases.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for all emails sent from their connected Gmail account through IB Connect.
- Users must only send emails to recipients they are allowed to contact.
- Users must not send spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or abusive content.
- Users must comply with applicable email, privacy, and anti-spam regulations.
- Users must provide accurate and lawful email content.
4. Gmail Account Connection
To use the Gmail sending feature, users must grant IB Connect permission to send emails from their Gmail account. The permission can be revoked at any time from the IB Connect dashboard or from the user's Google Account settings.
5. Gmail API Usage
IB Connect uses Gmail API only to send emails requested by the user. IB Connect does not read the user's Gmail inbox, modify existing Gmail messages, delete Gmail messages, or access Gmail contacts.
6. Prohibited Use
Users may not use IB Connect for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email or spam
- Sending deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading messages
- Impersonating another person or organization
- Distributing malware, harmful links, or illegal content
- Violating Google policies or applicable laws
7. Email Sending Limits
Email sending may be subject to Gmail, Google Workspace, Google API, and IB Connect system limits. IB Connect may limit, delay, queue, or stop email sending to protect system reliability and prevent abuse.
8. Account Suspension or Restriction
IB Connect may suspend or restrict access to the Gmail integration if a user violates these terms, abuses the service, or sends content that may harm recipients, Google, IB Connect, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms
IB Connect may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Gmail integration after changes means that the user accepts the updated terms.
